With ballots for the 2023 Prescott City Council primary scheduled to go out in the mail this week, candidates are currently in the midst of the public-forum season.
Despite concerns from one supervisor that a resolution on improving elections would be “redundant” and concerns from another that the resolution does not go far enough, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors approved a motion “to ensure free and fair elections” this week.
