With the Prescott Downtown Partnership terminating its contract for management of events at the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza in April 2023, county officials are faced with a decision on how best to go forward with the many events that take place on the plaza each year.

Beginning on Jan. 1, 2022, the use fees for vendors on the Yavapai County Courthouse plaza will be going up — the first such increase in about two decades.
