Fire agencies, like others, left out of COVID relief funding
CAFMA seeking to get reimbursement from state, county

With fire agencies, districts and companies across the country being left out of both rounds of COVID-19 relief funding through the CARES Act, the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA) is working to find ways to be reimbursed for the expenses related to COVID-19 response accumulated over the past year, according to Chief Scott Freitag.
