As of Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, the Southwest Incident Management Team 2 is transferring the Horse Fire, burning near Crown King south of Prescott, back to Prescott National Forest. The fire is 74% contained, according to Sunday's news release from the team. As of this post, the fire has burned 9,537 acres. (U.S. Forest Service)
