LOS ANGELES — Two-time NBA MVP and former Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash, and fellow star point guard Jason Kidd, Grant Hill and Ray Allen are among the 13 finalists for induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
