Donald Trump remains more popular in Arizona than the nation as a whole.
2016 was full of news ... picking just 10 is nearly impossible, but we did it. The picks were based on the effects the subjects had on our community. The effects were measured by the number of online views, letters to the editor, amount of follow-up stories the initial piece generated and the overall interaction we received from readers.
Donald Trump won Arizona’s presidential contest and its 11 electoral votes Thursday after the latest count put him over the top, extending a long GOP winning streak in the conservative state.
PRESCOTT VALLEY – While it is true that Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump does not have a “stump speech” in the traditional sense, he always hits certain points in his campaign appearances, and, in Prescott Valley on Tuesday, Oct. 4., he drove them home, to the delight of the crowd.
