The Prescott Regulators and their Shady Ladies present "The Beginning" during the 11th annual Whiskey Row Shootout re-enactment competition Saturday. The re-enactment is set in Prescott in 1879 with characters based on real people who were in Prescott during 1879. The event continues today, July 24, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
