PRESCOTT - Kayla Mueller's family, several Prescott area churches and community organizations, with the endorsement of Yavapai County and Prescott city officials, will host a candlelight memorial Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza in downtown Prescott.Billed as "Remembering Kayla: A Community Candlelight Memorial," the event begins at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and is free and open to community members who wish to memorialize Mueller, who was killed while in the captivity of the Islamic State group in Syria.
