Over the past five years or so, the City of Prescott and its phalanx of volunteers have labored to make the most of existing open space land. Today - thanks largely to efforts of Prescott Parks and Recreation and volunteer groups such as the Over the Hill Gang - scenic trails cross many of the parcels of land that the city acquired in previous purchases.
