Prescott police arrested a Prescott couple Saturday after the man told police he stole a Christmas tree from the Fry's parking lot and the woman allegedly made harassing phone calls to 911 dispatchers.Officers booked Kenneth Hazlewood, 48, on charges of burglary and Rosamond Maw Montana, 42, on charges of use of a telephone to harass. The police report was forwarded to the Yavapai County Attorney's Office to review whether to file charges of theft and third-degree burglary against Hazlewood and charges of third-degree burglary and theft against Montana.At 4:55 police answered a call about a stolen tree from the manager of the Fry's on Fair Street.
