PRESCOTT - A scheduling conflict with the subcontractor in charge of building the new 1.33-million-gallon water tank on Indian Hill has served to push back the start of construction by nearly two months. While city officials earlier estimated that construction on the new replacement tank would get under way by May 18, Prescott Capital Program Division Manager Tim Burkeen reported this week that the work faced a weeks-long delay.
