A CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer is needed to serve as a "Baby CASA" for 1-year-old "Peter" and his infant sister, "Nancy." Child Protective Services (CPS) removed the children from their home because it was unsafe, as well as the parents' ongoing abuse of illegal substances and inability to take care of the children's basic needs.
