Townsend pleads not guilty to felony charges

Embattled developer and former construction company owner Elise Townsend, dressed in an orange jail jumpsuit and with her arms shackled behind her back, appeared Tuesday at Yavapai County Early Disposition Court and pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of fraud schemes and theft.
