This past Sunday it took forever to drive to the mall. Reason: the traffic light at Highway 69 and Prescott Lakes Parkway was out.Most drivers would come to the four-way stop (flashing red all directions) and then proceed, whether it was their turn or not. When my family members waited for their turn, someone else took it.
