Prescott Valley Police arrested a man on charges of aggravated criminal damage and criminal damage April 9.Officers believe Ricky Voughn Pike, 18, Prescott Valley is re-sponsible for graffiti damages at Bradshaw Mountain High School East Campus, Mountain Valley Park, the Yavapai Food Bank, residences in the 8500 block of Spouse Drive and 4700 block of Harlequin Drive, and businesses in the area of the 8400 block of Long Mesa Drive.
