A rainbow forms over the Granville subdivision in Prescott Valley during last weekend’s storms that brought some much-needed moisture to the tri-city area. The National Weather Service has forecasted another strong storm to start hitting the region Thursday night.

Less than a week after powerful storms dumped about 2.5 inches of much-needed rain on Prescott, another round of storms could produce another inch of rain.The National Weather Service expects the main storm to move in tonight and produce the bulk of its precipitation on Friday.
