Prescott: Drinking water ‘compliant’ with new rule

After the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released a national drinking water standard for PFOA/PFAS “forever chemicals” on Wednesday, April 10, the City of Prescott announced that the city’s municipal water is already compliant with the standard.

Courier adds to Silent Witness reward, now at $40K; ATF is offering $10K reward

The reward is increasing for information about the suspect(s) involved in the Legado apartment fire and Bradshaw Mountain High School incidents. The Soldwedel family, owners of Western News&Info, Inc. and Prescott Newspapers, Inc. – publishers of The Daily Courier – have pledged an additional $5,000 toward the reward Yavapai Silent Witness is offering.
