Prescott Council votes to enter pre-annexation pact with Deep Well Ranch for land north of Prescott Regional Airport
As a part of a news release on Friday afternoon, May 26, 2023, the City of Prescott released a map that shows the area that is addressed in a pre-annexation agreement with the Deep Well Ranch. The council voted 5-2 on May 23, 2023 to enter into a pre-annexation agreement with the Deep Well Ranch (the owners of the property) for the 600-acre parcel, with the goal of protecting the Prescott Regional Airport.
