209-unit apartment complex planned near Gateway Mall gets Prescott Council approval
During a voting meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, the Prescott City Council approved an apartment complex site plan and water allocation for a 14-acre piece of vacant land between the Gateway Mall and the Ranch at Prescott. The project is planned to include 209 apartment units, along with a number of amenities such as a swimming pool, community center, and dog grooming facility. (City of Prescott/Courtesy)
