After losing the State Championship game last year 3-1 — notably the first year the school has qualified to compete in State — the Tri-City Prep boys soccer team is out of the gate this season with three wins and no losses. The team is led by athletic director and head coach Bronson, physical training coach McKay and technical, tactical and keeper coach Brad. Pictured are, top row, from left: coach Marcus Bronson, Abe Lara, Jeremy Rivera, Micah Cowin, Josh Olsen, Matthew Bower, Nate Sawyer, Zieler Pavlina, Jesus Zepeda, Matt Dunkel and coach Christian McKay. Bottom row, from left: Marcus Luca, Mark Dunkel, Frank Perez, Sammy Luca, Victor Pleva and Ashton Thiele. Not pictured: coach Brad Ginn. (Emily Dunkel/Courtesy)
