Sacred Heart students meet star of ‘Finding Gobi’

Heroic tale of stray who befriends Australian ultra-marathoner on trek across the Gobi Desert

“Finding Gobi” author, motivational speaker and international ultra-marathon runner Dion Leonard, an Australian native who now lives in Scotland, with extended visits to Prescott, Arizona, visits at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Prescott. He shares the story of his friendship with a stray dog he named “Gobi” who he rescued during his 2016, ultra marathon across the Gobi Desert in China.
