Throughout the week of May 9, the National Association of Letter Carriers has been hosting the nationwide “Stamp Out Hunger” food drive.
Local letter carriers left a food donation bag at residential mailboxes across Flagstaff this week. Once filled with non-perishable food and returned to the mailbox, letter carriers picked up the donation bags.
This food drive typically brings in 40,000 pounds of food to the Flagstaff Family Food Center and is the largest food drive of the year for the FFFC.
