Rosalie Ann Alexander of Chino Valley, Arizona, age 78, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022. She was born and raised in southern California, Nov. 17, 1943. Rosalie is survived by her son Stephen F. L. Alexander (Josal), her daughter Rebekah S. A. Blakley (Scott Sr.) and four grandchildren. Information provided by the family.
