Chino Valley in Brief: COVID-19 update for schools; snowflake crafts at library
Children participate in a snowflake craft workshop during a Storytime event at the Chino Valley Public Library on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2022. Starting Feb. 9, Storytime at the library will no longer be at 9:30 a.m. but will move to 3 p.m. to allow young children who attend preschool/kindergarten in the morning (and couldn’t previously attend) to be able to come to an afternoon option. Storytimes are perfect for ages 2 to 6, but older/younger siblings are welcome. The library does about four themed stories, songs/games, a craft and snack each week. Storytimes are held indoors in the library community room. On Feb. 8 only, Storytime will be at 9:30 a.m. but normally, Tuesday Storytime will remain at 10:30 each week.
