Howard Shapiro lost his 3-½ year, hard fought battle with Multiple Myeloma January 7, 2022, one day after his 68th birthday.

Howard was born January 6, 1954 to Pearl and Arthur Shapiro in Tucson, Arizona. He was a graduate of Palo Verde High School, Pima Community College, and The University of Arizona with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. He was a resident of Yavapai County for 39 years, first living in Chino Valley for 32 and in Prescott the last seven years. He worked for PUSD serving as the Lead Custodian for 27 years at Miller Valley School.

Howard is preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law Barbara Cravatzo. He is survived by his wife, Julie; son Jack; daughter-in-law Doneica; and grandchildren Jackson and Natalie.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Prescott Life Church, 2200 Hwy. 89, Prescott, Arizona.
