Judge: There are no ‘not public’ Senate election audit records

Shown are Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, R-Prescott, and state Sen. Warren Petersen, R-Gilbert, prior to the Arizona Senate Republican hearing on the audit findings of the 2020 election results in Maricopa County at the Arizona Capitol in September. A judge on Tuesday rejected a Senate claim that some of its records about the audit are not public, but said the Senate may turn the documents over to him and he will decide after reviewing them privately whether they are public.
