Prescott extends due date for proposals on redevelopment of old City Hall until April 2022

The City of Prescott is seeking proposals for the sale and redevelopment of its current City Hall property at 201 S. Cortez St. The property, which is across the Cortez/Goodwin corner from the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza, has served as Prescott City Hall since the early 1960s. This week, the city pushed off the RFP (request for proposals) process for about two months, with a new due date of April 7, 2022. (Cindy Barks/Courier)
