Do you know an individual, business or nonprofit organization in the Quad Cities that deserves recognition for their efforts in “Finding and Making the Good”?

The Prescott-based charity, called Finding and Making the Good, celebrates local people doing, living and creating positivity.

“We are people celebrating people,” the group explains on their website.

At a time when the world need to see more hope, goodness and kindness the local volunteers from Finding and Making the Good are seeking nominations for their monthly awards.

“We are looking to spread positivity this upcoming year and need your help,” the agency said on their Facebook page.

The nomination process is made easy with an online form on their website.

Here is how it works:

  1. Nominate someone making the good in the community.
  2. A committee of community members at the charity will randomly select three nominations per month.
  3. Committee members will seek out the nominees and reward them for “being the good.”

You can nominate someone today and start spreading the good at, FindingAndMakingTheGood.com/nominate-someone.
