Marijuana restrictions OK’d by D-H Planning and Zoning
Ordinance advances to Town Council for final vote at Jan. 19 regular meeting

If ratified by the Dewey-Humboldt Town Council, Ordinance 21-157 would prohibit recreational marijuana on public property; prohibit marijuana establishments and/or marijuana testing facilities; establish regulations for personal marijuana use at an individual’s primary residence; determine violations; and provide for enforcement and penalties.
