Council extends Chino Valley Farms protective development rights for medical marijuana

Chino Valley Town Council originally approved the Chino Valley Farms protective development rights for the cultivation of medical marijuana in February 2016. This allowed the 12-acre property to be developed over three phases in the form of greenhouses totaling over 220,000 square feet. (Google Earth)
