Idaho-based ranch, home retailer purchases property from Walmart after 3 years on the market
The former Sam’s Club building, 5757 E. Highway 69, on the southeast side of Prescott Valley’s Crossroads Center has been vacant for nearly three years; however, it appears C-A-L Ranch Stores recently bought it from the Walmart Corporation. (Prescott News Network, file)
