Hawaiian food truck grand opening in Prescott Valley

Uncle’s Hawaiian Kitchen food truck held its grand opening on Wednesday, April 14, along East First Street in Prescott Valley. The “Ohana-owned” food truck offers real Kine and Hawaiian mixed plates and can be found parked near FooteWork Auto License and Title Service and near the bowling alley from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays every week.
