Cooking with Diane: Cranberry Pistachio Cookies
The cranberries in these cookies give them a nice tart taste that goes well with the flavor of the pistachios. Hope you try them!
“Cranberry Pistachio Cookies”
1 box white cake mix
½ cup butter (soft)
4 ounces cream cheese (soft)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup fresh cranberries
½ cup pistachios
Chop nuts an cranberries in food processor, set aside.
Cream butter and cream cheese till smooth, then add vanilla and egg mixing well. Stir in cake mix, then fold in cranberries and nuts.
Scoop balls of dough on to cookie sheet with a teaspoon.
Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes.
