Mother’s Day Prescott Fine Art and Wine Festival
Prescott residents Sally and Ron Sutterfield, at right, enjoy a glass of wine at the Pillsbury Wine Company booth Saturday, May 11, during the Mother’s Day Prescott Fine Art and Wine Festival on Cortez Street. Despite the cold weather later in the day, participants enjoyed themselves, some making plans to return on Sunday when the festival resumes at 11 a.m. closing at 4 p.m. This year, the event moved back to its original Cortez Street location from Goodwin Street, said Brighid McLoughlin, director of operations for Cellar 433. This year the sponsors added a tent – opened to the art booths – music, a meadery, and food trucks.
