Cooking with Diane: Spicy Ranch Pulled Chicken
This spicy pulled chicken tastes wonderful on french rolls, and served with your favorite side dishes like potato or pasta salad.
Spicy Ranch Pulled Chicken
1 pound chicken tenders
2 4 ounce cans green chilies
4 cloves garlic] (minced)
1 small onion chopped
1 10 ounce can tomato puree
1 small can spicy V8 juice
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 cup chicken broth
Cook in a slow cooker for six hours. Remove and shred chicken, then stir back into the crock pot for a few minutes.
Serve on soft French rolls and your favorite side dish.
