Pruitt’s Fine Furniture opens

Phoenix-based and family-owned Pruitt’s Fine Furniture has officially opened at the former Prescott Valley Kmart building, 7550 E. Highway 89.

The business purchased the 104,000-square-foot building in December and has been working on getting the space ready for business ever since. They had a soft opening on Friday, March 15, and have planned a grand opening for Friday, March 29, with giveaways and promotions on Saturday, March 30.

Construction is currently being done on the front of the building, but the store is open during its regular business hours nonetheless, General Manger Joey Sensing said.

Sensing said they’ve hired 22 employees so far and are still hiring.
