“Health Benefits of Tai Chi and Oigong” is the program at Prescott Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 11 a.m. March 24. Certified instructor Patti Daugherty will explain how these practices can improve balance and well-being. Patti will demonstrate and invite audience participation.
