“History and Evolution of Music” is the program at Prescott Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 11 a.m. March 17. Talented PUUF members will provide prose, voice and instrumental music in Part II — from the late Classical Era through the 20th ccentury with its jazz, blues, country, swing and rap music.

Temple B’rith Shalom, 2077 Brohner Way, invites the Jewish community to celebrate Purim On Broadway, an interactive musical performance, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20. The Prescott Purim Players will re-enact “The Age-Old Fight for Freedom Against that Evil Tyrant Haman!” All are encouraged to wear grand costumes for this event. Refreshments will be served. At Granite Peak UU Congregation at 10 a.m., Sunday, March 17, Sooz Resetar and the Rev. Terry Cummings will co-lead this intergenerational celebration to welcome the beginning of spring. Alliance Bible Church, 2601 W. Iron Springs Road, Prescott, is starting a new discipleship series at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Using Billy Graham material, this solid teaching will help you be sure of your salvation, grow in your walk with God and help others to do the same.

Jane’s Hope Fellowship is open to women who have relinquished a child through abortion or adoption, to share, heal, support each other, and experience Jesus Christ’s forgiveness. Wednesday evening Lenten services continue at American Lutheran Church as Rev. Gene Grimm brings this week’s message, “Father, Forgive Them.” Worship begins at 7 p.m. A Youth Ministry four-session study on “Unlikely Heroes,” will begin at 10:30 Sunday morning in the activity center.
