Cooking with Diane: One Pot Hamburger Stroganoff

1 pound hamburger

1 8 ounce fresh baby Portabella mushrooms

1 small onion chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

3 cups beef broth

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

1 beef bullion cube

2/3 cup sour cream

1 bag of egg noodles

salt & pepper to taste


In a large skillet cook meat, onions and mushrooms until light brown; add garlic, then stir in flour.

Add broth, Worcestershire, bullion stirring well.

Add package of uncooked noodles, cover and simmer until noodles are tender.

Remove from heat stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
