Cooking With Diane: Ham & Noodle Casserole

Ham & Noodle casserole will be a favorite with family members especially kids. This dish is a delicious comfort food for cool weather.

“Ham & Noodle Casserole”

8 ounces of egg noodles

1½ cups chopped ham

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 can of cream of celery soup

½cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

salt & pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package, set aside. Combine ham and cheese, and in a separate bowl combine soup, milk, salt and pepper. Butter the bottom of casserole dish, and put half of the cooked noodles in the bottom. Sprinkle half of the ham and cheese over the noodles. Then spoon half of soup mixture over the ham layer. Then repeat the layers, cover with foil, and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
