Prescott-based BloomTree Realty is the newest member of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise network, it announced Friday, Feb. 1.
Based in Prescott, BloomTree Realty employs 210 agents who serve the Quad Cities, Phoenix metro areas, Sedona and Verde Valley, according to a news release. It was co-founded in 2014 by present co-owner Nick Malouff.
In 2014, Malouff partnered with real estate veterans Raymond Zogob, Stacy Stateham, Paul Aslanian and Leslie Guiley to establish the real estate brokerage with an eye on building around a purpose-driven culture, the news release states. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise network is the largest independent residential real estate brokerage in northern Arizona.
“The addition of Better Homes and Gardens BloomTree Realty is a true milestone in our growth strategy in the dynamic Phoenix metro and surrounding areas,” said Sherry Chris, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate president and CEO. “With access to BHGRE’s extensive agent- and client-focused tools and resources, Nick and his team are in a stronger competitive position than ever to grow across key markets.
“We couldn’t be more proud to affiliate with a company that has distinguished itself through performance, integrity, and culture.”
