Sit and do yoga

The Prescott Valley Public Library continues to offer Chair Yoga with Lori Wallach on the fourth Friday of each month, held this month on Friday, Dec. 27. Wallach, who has a love of helping individuals ease into aging, has taught all kinds of yoga throughout her career, and has now settled into teaching modified yoga that meets the needs of the individual and chair yoga.

Chair yoga, which allows for participation regardless of ability, provides the chair as a prop to help getting into poses a little easier as well as making it so there is no getting up and down from the floor.
