Letter: Grateful for honest person who returned purse at Costco
Updated as of Sunday, September 1, 2019 7:32 PM
Thank you to the kind person who turned in my small purse to the lost and found at Costco on the afternoon of Friday the 8th.
I put it down among the shirts and when I walked away without it, you were the person who discovered it and promptly turned it in. I say "promptly" because it was less than five minutes before I realized I had not picked it up after viewing the shirts and raced to the shirt table to discover it wasn’t there. I immediately went to the lost-and-found office and was so relieved to find my purse had already been turned in.
I'm grateful for your honesty and quick action. Since I do not know your name, I cannot thank you in person, and do hope you will read this thank you to know how grateful we are.
