Cooking with Diane: Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
As the weather starts warming up, cool salads come to mind. This bacon pasta salad is a tasty change from your regular green salad.
Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
1 12 ounce package pasta (your choice)
8 slices bacon (cooked crisp)
1 large cut into bite size pieces
1 4 ounce can sliced black olives
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 package buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
1 cup Mayo
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 -3/4 cup Buttermilk
In a small bowl mix mayo, buttermilk, dressing mix, garlic powder, and lemon pepper until smooth.
Put pasta, olives, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and cheese in serving bowl, stir in buttermilk mixture.
Stir and all veggies are coated.
Chill 1 to 2 hours.
