Arizona Eco Development submits revised application; kicks off review, meetings

The City of Prescott has received the revised annexation application from Arizona Eco Development, a late Friday, April 12, news release states, and the application has been deemed complete by staff.
Documents will be uploaded to the city's website, and available for viewing at the Community Development Counter starting Monday, April 15, the city reported.
This complete submission will begin the “Round 1” review of AED's proposal to be annexed and build a subdivision in the Granite Dells. The developer has been told that Round 1 review will take four to five weeks.
Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council meetings will follow. No dates have been set for public meetings as of this time. The city will notice all subsequent public meetings as they are scheduled.
