Mary Poppins visits Prescott
The British nanny who is practically perfect in every way is visiting Prescott this weekend as the Yavapai College Performing Arts Department presents “Mary Poppins – The Musical” as its Spring show.
Showtimes are 7 p.m. Friday, April 5; 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, April 6 and 3 p.m. Sunday, April 7. Tickets start at $3, are $10 for 18 and younger and there is a $4 service fee for each ticket, available online at www.ycpac.com or by calling the box office at 928-776-2000.

Lonely Street brings quirky musical
Lonely Street Productions is bringing two showings of “Menopause the Musical” to the Elks Theatre and Performing Arts Center this weekend.
Featuring a cast of four women shopping for lingerie at a Bloomingdales sale singing 25 songs about chocolate cravings, hot flashes, memory loss and more, the show is at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 6 and 2 p.m. Sunday April 7.

Build with LEGO at the Library
The Prescott Public Library, 215 E. Gurley St., is hosting a LEGO expo at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 10. For children ages 5 and older, the library will provide the LEGOs and lots of space.

PCA presents Pooh
Head to the Hundred Acre Wood at Prescott Center for the Arts next week for “Winnie the Pooh Kids” on the Mainstage, directed by Nancy Dunham.
Based on the stories by A. A. Milne and the 2011 Disney film, the show features Winnie the Pooh and his friends preparing a rescue operation to get Christopher Robin from the Backson. Showtimes are Thursday through Saturday, April 11-13 and Thursday through Saturday, April 18-20; 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14 and Saturday, April 20.
