Over 800 dead in Indonesia quake and tsunami; toll may rise
A rescuer shifts through the damaged Roa-Roa Hotel following a massive earthquakes and tsunami in Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018.
