Cooking with Diane: Raspberry Marshmallow Fluff
This is a sweet creamy dessert that is quick to make for unexpected company. It is very easy to make and quite delicious.
“Raspberry Marshmallow Fluff”
1/2 of an 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 regular package vanilla instant pudding
2 six ounce containers of vanilla yogurt
1 3 ounce package cream cheese
1 package frozen raspberries
Beat yogurt and cream cheese together until well blended. Add pudding mix and blend well. Fold in whipped topping and frozen raspberries, and marshmallows, until blended.(Raspberries will soften) Cover and chill 30 minutes. Before serving, fold fluff dessert several times so raspberry juice will spread through dessert.
