Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Sept. 10 to Friday, Sept. 14

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, coleslaw, cantaloupe and whole wheat bread.

Tuesday: Pasta and meatballs, green beans, garlic bread, Italian slaw and peaches.

Wednesday: Chicken jambalaya, stewed tomatoes, peppers and okra over white rice, black beans, cornbread pears and berries.

Thursday: Meatloaf with mushrooms and onions, red potatoes, kale and greens, grapes and whole wheat bread.

Friday: Stir fry chicken, with vegetables, ramen noodles, egg roll, mandarin oranges and ice cream social.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chili dogs on open-face wholegrain bun, garden salad, mac and cheese, fruit cobbler and ice cream.

Tuesday: Grilled cheese with bacon, stewed tomatoes, steak fries, fruit salad and cookie.

Wednesday: Tuna salad sandwich, lettuce and tomato, chips, fruity pudding and cookie.

Thursday: Glazed ham on sage dressing, cranberry salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and ambrosia.

Friday: Baked chicken breast, garden salad, mashed potatoes with country gravy, vegetable medley fruity Jell-O and cookie.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, peas and pearl onions and cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Pot roast, red potatoes, carrots, cabbage and bread pudding with raisins.

Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, winter blend vegetables, cran-orange relish, pumpkin bars and ice cream social.

Thursday: Chicken cacciatore, mushrooms, peppers, onions in tomato sauce over penne pasta, green beans and cookies.

Friday: Green chili enchilada, Spanish rice, buttered peas and chocolate muffins.
