Gabriella’s Ristorante opens in PV
Jim Cabral, the owner of Gabby’s Kitchen and Gabby’s Grill, is now dishing up Italian cuisine at his newest venture, Gabriella’s Ristorante.
The restaurant opened earlier this month at 8930 E. Valley Road in Prescott Valley. Everything from the pasta to the sauces are made from scratch, said Ben Hooper, economic development coordinator for the Town of Prescott Valley. For more information, call the restaurant at 928-227-0358.
Jack’s Furniture Shack opens in PV
Prescott Valley has a new furniture store at 8732 E. Highway 69.
Jacky Ortega opened Jack’s Furniture Shack with her partner Joe Guerra about a month ago and recently hosted a grand opening event now that everything is set up at the store. “We deal with brand new – not used – home furniture,” Ortega said. “We mainly started specializing in living and dining, but now we’re adding on bedroom, so that’s slowly coming into the store.”
For more information, call the store at 928-299-1952.
Thrifty Whatnots opens in Chino Valley
Needing something to get him out of the house, Gary Mankus has opened an eclectic gift shop called Thrifty Whatnots at 316 W. Perkinsville Road in Chino Valley.
“I have antiques, collectibles; just a lot of stuff,” Mankus said.
While he’s currently working on selling what he already has in stock, he hopes to one day do some consignment, he said. For more information, Mankus can be reached at 928-237-4387.
